The best way to give your face an instant lift is with a SMILE. Here are seven simple and natural steps to get your grin in sparkling shape.


1) CLEAN UP:

Brush your teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed to keep your teeth clean but also it means you breath fresh while sleeping. Flossing also goes a long way to getting rid of the gunky build-up between your teeth that can cause decay.

2) AN APPLE A DAY:

Raw fruits and vegetables the crunchy kind like apples and carrots act like a natural toothbrush and helps keep teeth clean and healthy. So snack away!

3) SILVER SMILE:

If you have got braces, you are already  on your way to a more dazzling smile. But until you get your braces off, it also mean you will need to make an extra effort to take care of  your teeth. Food can get trapped in your braces leading to cavities and bad breath. It also looks gross! In fact, American Association of Orthodontics suggests you brush and floss after every meal. And if your dentist gives you the okay, you can also help prevent cavities by rinsing with a mouthwash that has Fluoride in it.

4) BYE  BYE STAINS:

Cola can stain your teeth, but it is not just soft drinks that dull your smile. Coffee,tea and even apple juice can discolor your pearly whites. So, if you want a brighter smile, stick to simple H2O.

5) COLOR SMART:

Get creative with your lip color. The darker the shade of your lipstick or gloss, the whiter your teeth will look. Try tints like red or burgundy for contrast and a bit of drama.

Whenever you can that you are amazing. You don't need a mirror to remember!


4. WEAR A PERFUME:

That smells wonderful. Switch your perfumes according to your moods!

5. LIE IN A WARM BATH:

While sipping a glass of cool water. This i a great way to cleanse the mind!

6. YAWN WHEN YOU NEED TO:

By yawning, you are able to bring more oxygen to your brain!

7. SING A SONG:

In the shower,and sing it loudly! Isn't it amazing how awesome your voice can sound?


8. USE A SPRAY BOTTLE:

To spritz water on your skin when your are need of some refreshment!

9. WATCH A FUNNY MOVIE:

Watch funny movies or any TV shows. Laughter is the ultimate treat for your mind and your soul!


10. BE AWARE:

Be aware of how you breathe whenever you can. Breathe in and out slowly and deeply!

When things are not going according to you, change your plans!

12: TREAT YOURSELF:
