20 WAYS TO FEEL FIT AND FABULOUS

1. WELCOME THE SUN:

When you wake up. Throw back the curtains and let the sunlight stream on in!

2. LISTEN TO MUSIC:

Whenever yo can. Music is one way to uplift your mood or calm you down as needed!

3. REMIND YOURSELF:

Whenever you can that you are amazing. You don't need a mirror to remember!


4. WEAR A PERFUME:

That smells wonderful. Switch your perfumes according to your moods!

5. LIE IN A WARM BATH:

While sipping a glass of cool water. This i a great way to cleanse the mind!

6. YAWN WHEN YOU NEED TO:

By yawning, you are able to bring more oxygen to your brain!

7. SING A SONG:

In the shower,and sing it loudly! Isn't it amazing how awesome your voice can sound?


8. USE A SPRAY BOTTLE:

To spritz water on your skin when your are need of some refreshment!

9. WATCH A FUNNY MOVIE:

Watch funny movies or any TV shows. Laughter is the ultimate treat for your mind and your soul!


10. BE AWARE:

Be aware of how you breathe whenever you can. Breathe in and out slowly and deeply!


11: TURN LEMONS INTO LEMONADE:

When things are not going according to you, change your plans!

12: TREAT YOURSELF:

 Treat yourself like a princess you are. They are not just in the movies, you are your princess in real life, you just need to believe in yourself. Be good to yourself, and let other people be good to you, too!

13: REMEMBER:

Remember to keep good posture. Keep your back straight and your shoulders down and back!

14: KEEP YOUR MIND AS SHARP AS YOU CAN:

Do crossword puzzles and play  trivia games for training!


15: WALK PROUDLY:

It's amazing what a person's walk can say about her confidence!


16: HAVE FUN!

Always be aware of how important it is to enjoy your life. There is no time for boredom!


17: LEARN SOMETHING NEW:

Take a class or ask a friend to teach you something you never knew before!

18: MEET NEW PEOPLE:

Meet new people every now and then even if you have your best friends by your side you are very lucky. But by meeting new people it just levels up your confidence and you will be better able to talk and understand different natures!


19: SCHEDULE A DATE:

Select a date for yourself! making time to pamper yourself is important as setting up plans with friends!


20: SHARE TIPS:

Share tips and tricks that you have learnt with your friends on how to be fit and fabulous. See if they have any ideas, too!

    1. there are different brands who do great face washes for men (Garnier and Loreal) are one of those brands...Or you can consult a dermatologist

  3. Sure but dermatologist are there only for money, he suggested me a medicated facewash and a capsule... which is shit!
